Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Auro Smart, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return, contact us at aurosmaart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: No. 167, Vysial Street, Pondicherry - 605001

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used or damaged items not due to shipping

  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds 

Refunds are issued only for items received in a damaged condition during transit.

To request a refund:

  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery at aurosmaart@gmail.com.

  • Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Once verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, usage damage, or delayed delivery due to courier issues.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product if:

  • The product received is defective or different from what was ordered.

  • Exchange requests are made within 7 days of delivery.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at aurosmaart@gmail.com with order details and a photo of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will dispatch the replacement product.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
