Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only for items received in a damaged condition during transit.
To request a refund:

Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, usage damage, or delayed delivery due to courier issues.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product if:

The product received is defective or different from what was ordered.
